Demo examples using licensed stock photos. These rooms are free-license Pexels photos (see Photo credits), run through the same MLS-safe staging process we use for agents’ listings. They are not client listings or client results. Every “after” image is virtually staged: furniture and décor were added digitally, and walls, windows, floors and fixtures are unchanged.

Real client results, with permission only

Real client before-and-afters will be added here only with the listing agent’s written permission. Agents can tick an optional box on the order form; we still confirm by email before posting, and we remove a photo on request.

Why every staged photo is labeled

Stellar MLS allows virtual staging when it’s disclosed: “Virtually staged” in each staged photo’s description, and public remarks that begin with “One or more photo(s) was virtually staged.” We follow the same labeling here. Read how we follow Stellar MLS rules.
