This is a plain-English summary of how ListingAce (getlistingace.com) handles your information. It's an early draft and will be updated as the service grows.
What we collect
- Form details: when you request a free sample or join the waitlist, we collect your name, email, and anything optional you add (brokerage, listing link, notes).
- Photos and listing details you send us so we can make your kit.
- Cookieless site analytics: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and page views. It doesn't set cookies, doesn't use local storage, and doesn't fingerprint or track you across sites. It sees basic details such as the page, referrer, browser type and approximate country.
How we use it
- To reply to you, create your sample or kit, and deliver it.
- To send ListingAce updates and our newsletter if you joined the waitlist. Every email has an unsubscribe option, or just reply “unsubscribe”.
- We don't sell your personal information.
Your photos
- We use your photos only to create your kit. We won't show your photos or results publicly, such as in our demos, without your permission.
- To create your kit, photos may be processed by the AI image service providers we use.
- Photos you upload on our order page are stored privately on Cloudflare (not publicly accessible) and are automatically deleted 90 days after upload. Keep your own originals; download your finished kit when we deliver it.
Service providers
We rely on a few providers to run ListingAce: Cloudflare (website hosting, form storage, and analytics), Google Workspace (email), and AI model providers for image and text processing. They handle data on our behalf to provide those services.
Retention and your choices
We keep form submissions and kit files for as long as needed to serve you and run the business. To see, correct, or delete your information, email chase@getlistingace.com.
