Founding prices
The Price-Cut Relaunch Kit ($99, or $79 for repeat agents) and Spanish bilingual copy (+$19) are founding prices for our first 10 clients. After that they move to $129 and $29. ListingAce is in early access, so other prices may change too; we'll always confirm your price by email before starting.

Common questions
What's the difference between the Launch Kit and the Relaunch Kit?
The Launch Kit is for new listings: launch it right the first time. The Price-Cut Relaunch Kit is for listings that are sitting: everything in the Launch Kit, plus a “why it's not selling” audit, restyled staging, a new photo order, a “New price” social set and a buyer-agent email, in 48 hours. It's $99 ($79 for repeat agents) versus $89.
What do I send you, and how?
Order at getlistingace.com/order: pick a kit, then upload your original full-resolution listing photos (JPG, PNG or HEIC, up to 40 photos, 25 MB each) or paste a Dropbox, Google Drive or photographer gallery link. Add the listing link if it's live, and tell us which rooms to stage and a style (for example coastal or modern). Empty rooms shot level and wide stage best. Only send photos you have the right to edit and use on the MLS. You can also email them to chase@getlistingace.com.
How fast is turnaround?
Our targets, from when we have your photos: 24 hours for Listing Essentials and the Launch Kit, 48 hours for the Price-Cut Relaunch Kit (after you confirm the seller authorized the new price). The Spanish add-on can add up to 24 hours. During early access these are targets, not guarantees, and we'll tell you up front if a kit will take longer.
Are revisions included?
Yes. Every kit includes one round of revisions. Reply to our delivery email with what you'd like changed, for example a staged room's style or a line of copy, and we'll redo it.
How do I label virtually staged photos in Stellar MLS?
Under Stellar MLS Article 04.04, type “Virtually staged” in each staged photo's description field, check the virtually staged box, and start the public remarks with the exact words “One or more photo(s) was virtually staged.” Don't write on the MLS photos themselves. Every ListingAce kit includes this text ready to paste, and the staged photos for social and flyers come labeled.
How do I pay? Do I have to pay now?
No payment is taken on this site. After you order, we email you a quote from chase@getlistingace.com, usually within one business day, and nothing is charged until you approve it; payment is arranged by email. ListingAce is a new, early-access service testing in the Tampa Bay market, so prices are launch prices and may change. Not sure yet? Start with a free sample kit.
Can I get my marketing in Spanish?
Yes. The Spanish add-on (+$19 per listing on any kit, founding price) adds a human-reviewed Spanish description, Instagram and Facebook copy and a bilingual flyer, always delivered alongside your English copy, never instead of it. Your MLS public remarks stay in English, because Stellar's required disclosures use exact English wording. The copy describes the property, never who should live there, following federal Fair Housing advertising rules (24 CFR 100.75).
