Spanish and bilingual listing marketing for Florida agents
Natural, Florida-ready Spanish for your listing description, social posts and a bilingual flyer, always alongside your English copy and reviewed by a person. +$19 per listing on any kit (founding price).
Founding price for our first 10 clients; it moves to $29 after that. Spanish can add up to 24 hours to your kit's turnaround.
What you get
- A Spanish property description and a short version, written from the same facts as your English copy.
- Spanish Instagram and Facebook copy to post alongside your English posts.
- A bilingual flyer with your brokerage name and the Equal Housing Opportunity statement in both languages.
Natural Florida Spanish, not word-for-word translation
We write for how Spanish is used in Florida and the U.S.: for example lavaplatos for dishwasher, clóset for closet, and habitación principal instead of a translation of “master bedroom”. Every Spanish set is reviewed by a person before delivery.
Same facts, same disclosures, both languages
Prices, square footage, HOA details and caveats match your English copy line for line. If photos are virtually staged, the Spanish copy says so too (Una o más fotos fueron amuebladas virtualmente.), while your English MLS remarks still begin with the exact required sentence.
The rules we follow
- MLS remarks stay in English. Spanish goes on your flyer, social posts, email and property site.
- Spanish always goes alongside English, never instead of it. The federal Fair Housing advertising rule, 24 CFR 100.75, bans ads that indicate a preference based on national origin or other protected traits, and it also covers selecting media or locations for advertising that deny parts of the housing market information about housing. Running both languages together, with the same facts, keeps everyone informed. Our blog post on Spanish marketing and Fair Housing has the details.
- Describe the property, never who should live there, in either language.
- Your brokerage name and the Equal Housing Opportunity statement appear in both languages.

Common questions
Can my MLS remarks be in Spanish?
Stellar's rules don't address the language of remarks, and some required disclosures must use exact English wording. We keep your MLS remarks in English and use Spanish everywhere else you market. If you want a Spanish line in your remarks, check with Stellar Compliance first.
Is Spanish-language marketing Fair Housing-safe?
We follow the federal Fair Housing advertising rule, 24 CFR 100.75. It bans ads that indicate a preference, limitation or discrimination based on national origin or other protected traits, and it also covers selecting media or locations for advertising that deny parts of the housing market information about housing. It doesn't name any language. So we always deliver Spanish alongside your English marketing, with the same facts, and describe the property, never who should live there. This is general information, not legal advice.
