Honest staging for rentals
- We add furniture and décor only. Walls, floors, windows, fixtures and views stay as photographed.
- We don’t hide damage, wear or anything a renter would see in person.
- We label every staged photo and send the original back with it. We suggest posting both and noting that the unit is unfurnished.

Common questions
Will renters think the unit comes furnished?
Every staged photo is labeled “Virtually staged,” and we send your original photo back with it. We suggest posting the original next to the staged version and saying in the listing that the unit is unfurnished, so renters see the real space.
What do you change in the photo?
We add furniture and décor in the open floor area. We don't change walls, floors, windows, fixtures, views or room size, and we don't hide damage or wear.
Whose photos can I send?
Photos you took or have the right to use and edit, for example photos your company shot or paid a photographer to shoot with editing rights.
How much does it cost?
Listing Essentials is $49 per home: virtual staging plus photo cleanup on up to 5 photos. We email a quote before any work starts, and no payment is taken on this site. Managing several vacancies a month? Email us about volume pricing.
How fast is it?
Our target is 24 hours from receiving your photos. It's a target, not a guarantee.
Do you post the listing for me?
No. You post the photos wherever you advertise rentals and you're responsible for each site's rules. We make the images only.
Which areas do you serve?
Hillsborough, Pinellas and Pasco counties, Florida. We work remotely from your photos and don't do photo shoots.
