These are early, plain-English terms for using ListingAce (getlistingace.com). They're a draft and will be updated before full launch.
The service
ListingAce creates marketing materials for real estate listings: virtually staged photos, photo edits, videos, flyers, social graphics, listing copy, and a listing error check. ListingAce is in early access, so features, turnaround targets, and prices may change.
Your responsibilities
- You confirm you have the right to use, edit, and publish the photos and information you send us. Listing photos often belong to the photographer, so check your license.
- You remain responsible for MLS compliance, required disclosures, and the accuracy of everything you publish, including staged photos and copy. Review every deliverable before you use it.
- Virtually staged photos must be disclosed as your MLS and local rules require. We supply disclosure text, but you're responsible for using it correctly.
Our work
- We build our work to follow Stellar MLS virtual staging rules and Fair Housing advertising guidelines, and a person reviews it. We can't guarantee that any MLS, broker, or regulator will accept a particular deliverable, or that it will produce any result for your listing.
- Turnaround times are targets, not guarantees.
- Each kit includes a round of revisions.
Payment
Free samples cost nothing and carry no obligation. Paid kits are billed at the price agreed with you by email before work starts. We don't take payment on this website.
Ownership and use
Once a kit is paid for, you may use its deliverables to market that listing. We won't use your photos or results in our own marketing without your permission.
Limits
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the kit involved.
